In-jailbreak after unlock?

Ok guys I have a 3g I jailbroke it then unlocked it successfuly. Well it's running slow and I want to restore it to stock can I restore from iTunes? If I restore from iTunes to remove the jailbreak will I be ok? I don't care if I can't use it unlocked I just want the jailbreak off.

yea everything will be fine, if you restore from itunes just make sure when you restore that you click restore like brand new don't do the back up option bc the problem will occur again.

If you don't want to loose contacts or anything like that make sure you back that up manually.
