Macbook Aluminnium and Zagg case...warrenty

Hi,

i have a zagg case on my macbook at moment (had this on for a good few month) and today noticed that the left speaker is crackling, therefore i need to take back to the apple store for repair.

will i have to remove the zagg case? will having this on affect the warrenty?

also does anyone know turn around time for repairs?

Apple shouldn't care about the Zagg IS being on there...however, if they need to replace your MB make sure you peel off the zagg then and there so you can send it back for a free (pay shipping) replacement.
