Scanning Drama! Cropping my scans...! MP600

All of a sudden my scans to PC/MAC or PDF's are coming up cropped into.... and some tall and skinny? HELP? Is my scanner broke or did I change something unbeknown...? :mad:

Sounds like the scanning software is doing auto cropping.

Check the scan software you use for some options or Advanced button that lets you choose crop settings.

Can you take a screenshot of the application that where you press Scan? Or do you just press the scan button on the scanner and it automatically appears in your Pictures folder?

If it's an application that you hit Scan in, open it up, hit Command-Shift-4, press Space, then click inside the application window to take a screenshot. It will be saved to your Desktop and you can attach the picture to your reply by clicking Manage Attachments under the box where you write your reply.
