Switching from Windows Vista to mac OS X Unlocked Iphone 3g

Thanks for the help everyone, I have been using an Iphone 3g unlocked 3.0 on my windows vista computer. I have recently purchased a 15" Macbook Pro and when I plug my iphone into it, it asks me if I want to "Erase this iphone and sync with the new itunes library" My question is???? Will I have to re-unlock and jailbreak my iphone again if I follow this action? Please let me know! Thanks so much!

no but you will loose your contacts and calendar unless they are also on the mac. also I would get all the apps and music you want imported into itunes befroe you do it.
