Video quality from iTunes WIFI store and regular

Okay, this may be a silly question but I can't find a yes/no answer anywhere.

Are the tv shows/movies purchased on my iPhone from the iTunes app the same as the ones in iTunes on my Mac. In other words are they the same quality/size, etc. (not including HD as I know they aren't available on the WIFI store).

Yes, they are identical. You can even buy the HD versions if you want; it will download the SD one to your phone and the HD one will download to your computer the next time it checks for purchases.
 
Thanks NightStorm. I didn't even know about the HD part, so that is extra good to know.
