FontSwap not showing up on Springboard!

I have a 3g running 3.0 software. When 3.0 was first jailbroken, i installed FontSwap from Cydia...this versino didn't work at the time, so I removed it.

Now there's a version that works, 1.5 I believe. Every time I've tried to download it, it goes through but never shows up on my springboard. Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?
 
Hm I'm also on a 3g and 3.0 and I actually just downloaded fontswap yesterday. The icon is there and I just changed the system font to neutra
 
i'm thinking maybe the old version was never completely uninstalled. are there more files i need to remove besides the "FontSwap.app" folder in the Applications directory?
 
I've had no problem with it (3G on 3.0). Though I'd like the oportunity to ask how to add an where to get other fonts to use with FontSwap.
