Upgrading to 3.0.1 and tethering.

Will upgrading to 3.0.1 kill the tethering ability for ATT?
Mine works great and I dont want to loose it.

No, 3.0.1 does not disable tethering but 3.1 will.

What about updating iTunes ....Does that kill the AT&T tethering ??

Updating iTunes shouldn't affect anything on your iPhone.

Dont do it. There is a thread i just replied to that talks about this.

My experience...
I am using 3.0.1 JB I used the help.benm.at to enable tethering.
My wife is using 3.0 and is also JB. Used help.benm.at.
we have the EXACT same apps and are trying to connect to the same MBP

She can, I cannot.

I just upgraded to 3.01 and it still works !
