Jailbroke itouch but no more videos

I just jailbroke my itouch but now i cant watch videos from the itouch. It says "This movie format is not supported" Can i fix this?
 
Are you sure it is in the correct format? What format is it? Maybe try deleting it off the phone and then resync it.
 
its a video i could play before i jailbroke my itouch but now it wont play. its not a youtube video. its a video from a website. ive tried other videos but i get the same problem.
