Launch my application at system startup

hello,

My cocoa application need to get launched at system startup.

i got some info at:

But i am not able to point out from where i should get start.

Please note that i am not looking to set my application at startup for per user.

I need to start my application whenever system starts without looking for login user. it should start for all users.
