I am in the market for buying an iPhone but am mostly held back by the monthly costs I'll be paying T-Mobile.

So what I really would like to do is browse the appstore to read some app-descriptions I that make it worth to pay the monthly fee before I buy an iPhone.

Is it possible somehow to browse the appstore without a device that runs appstore-apps?

Just open up your friendly iTunes and you can browse the App Store easier than on the iPhone. :)

There's actually a way besides iTunes.

Check out this site... I use it all the time if I don't want to launch iTunes or I'm on someone else's computer, etc.
