I find that gels go down better if you take a shot of the gel and then a sip from the bottle. Don't bother with sport beans; they're not much better than candy. My favourite combo is Gu and Clif bars for long rides.

So, my last purchases (today) were:

I like powerbar gel blasts...usually eat half a pack before the ride, drink lots of water, eat the second half, then finish them off and drink a bottle of Garbage (drinkgarbage.com) with more water to follow. Then again it's a little bit of a different application (motocross), but it's similar.

The LED lights are a huge boon to productivity. They change with the app. Also there's a neat radial menu that's customizable as well

Yeah, I don't care who you are, you need to drink way more water than that to properly care for your body. Learned a lot about it in the Army. After all, if you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated and your body's simply taking water from your organs.

HTC did a remarkable job and made some stupid mistakes simultaneously.

Pros
-Awesome, intuitive and infinitely customizable UI (Yes its better than the iPhone's)
-Solidly built case/body. No need for a case/shield as the plastic is not as crack/scratch prone as a certain other phone
-Great at multitasking
-Most apps on Android are free and you're pretty much covered for the most part
-Superior battery life to iPhone 3G/3GS despite multitasking
-Gmail/GCal/GContacts Push & Exchange support
-Great soft keyboard with haptic feedback and its auto correction is superior to iPhone's

Cons
-Two year old CPU with no GPU acceleration (Why HTC?!)
-First build software means its similar to iPhone 2.0 and needs considerable optimization/bug fixes
-Multimedia capabilities/performance are slightly inferior to the iPhone's (mobile flash, camera quality, audio quality (not call quality) all kinda suck...a little but far from unusable)
-Overall performance not as zippy as iPhone (even more so if you're a former 3GS user)

Its great effort from HTC, its the best android device out there currently and a very worthy alternative to the iPhone along with the Pre

I've actually purchased quite a few Razer products in the past (mice, mousepad, gear, etc). Right now I have a Logitech G9 mouse using a Razer Armadillo cord holder on a SteelSeries SX mousepad. It's pure tracking bliss, IMO. I took a good, hard look at the Mamba, and I think it's pretty damn awesome. But, considering my G9 is just about perfect, I couldn't come up with a good enough excuse to drop the cash on it.

However, I purchased a Razer ProClick bluetooth mouse earlier this summer, and to be honest, I'm pretty disappointed. It's the first product I've purchased from them that I've been unhappy with. This new mouse looks to solve every single issue I've had with the ProClick, so color me excited!

Never used the ProClick but as always there's atleast one bad release, but this little mouse combined with the app SteerMouse is everything I wanted in a notebook mouse, no cords, dongles, plenty of buttons and smooth tracking! Let's just hope it lives up to our expectations, though I have no doubt it will. I just wish it had a rechargable battery but that's Mminor if it lasts for 1-3 months I'll be happy!

Hmm, I got the Pro Click Bluetooth mouse on eBay for $25 recently, and I couldn't be happier with it. Tracks extremely well and never loses connection. What problem(s) did you have?

Amen. The HTC devices are an utter suck fest when it comes to Android. Slow. Like, way slow. Slow squared. Uber slow. Slow to the max. Basically: SLOW. Going from a 3GS to any HTC Android device is like going from a Core2Duo to a Pentium 1. Ugh.

Android on a 3GS? That would be amazing.

Its called elephant print after the texture of their skin. Its a staple of the Air Jordan line. The print on those looks pretty bad. The 2001's were far superior. Gentry needs to get fired.

This is somewhat right. If using a short fast lens there's probably little need, with the right amount of light, to use a monopod or even a tripod. Yes, you'll get clear crisp photos, but again, if your shutter speed is where you need it to be a mono or tripod is not 100% necessary. When shooting with a longer lens you almost always want to have one but again, ymmv.

I own one and use it when there is little need for the super steady hand of a tripod.

I have this for my uMBP, and it's great, add the Booq backpack and it's awesome!

Right now I'm super over protective. I have a Speck Satin SeeThru case ( no dust on the inside in about 5+ months of use) on the uMB and then I put it in the Booq Vyper which goes into my Timbuk2 Commute Laptop Messenger bag.

I just got the Vyper last week. Mostly so I can carry/sit the laptop around the house or office without the Timbuk2 bag but still feel safe.

Hm, they look a little thick. The reason the Moshi keyguard is good is because they are super thin, any thick cover will transfer all of your finger oils right to your display leaving you a grimy screen.

I am taking it to a week long trip to Costa Rica. I have a larger Manfrotto tripod legs and head but do not want to carry that monster around.
