What does dressing stingy mean? I've heard someone say that person dresses really stingy.
 
being frugal about buying things( not buying the best of the best)ie. shopping stuff at the cheapest place possible.
 
People can dress on the cheap pretty well, I'd guess that person missed. Prolly a bad thrift store find that should have stayed there.

Walmart sweatpants and a baggy wolf shirt. Thats dressing stingy.

I dress fairly nice but I stick to the clearance rack or sales times at my favorite stores because I would rather spend $20 on a shirt than $50, more money for my electronics 🙂
