Griffin PowerWave or iMic

Would I get better (more volume) recording accoustic guitar useing Griffin PowerWave as opposed to the Griffin iMic. ? Or is there something better that is also simple to use?

I think the difference in quality between those two will be negligable. I think you might get better results out of trying a different microphone and/or microphone pre-amp. what mic are you using now?

I'm using a Sony ECM-MS907 mic. through an iMic. and I'm using Amadeus on my G4 Powerbook OSX

How about the eMagic a26 would it be better than the Griffin PowerWave or iMic?
