PC crashed and I didn't back up iTunes

I had to restore my HD on my PC and didn't (couldn't) backup music and photos from iTunes or My Documents. When i try to sync my iPhone to the restored HD it says my phone is sync'd to another iTunes library and continuing will wipe out my data. I see lots of stuff on recovering to a Mac with senuti but nothing to a pc. How can i transfer from my iPhone to my PC?

Does he have to be jailbroke though to use that?

Edit: Looked at it. I think you can use sharepod to transfer music. It's free.
