Did you somehow turn restrictions on? If not, you might want to try restricting the iPod app and then unrestricting to see if the settings come back.

Restrictions are off, I tried turning them
on the off again to no avail...I beleive i may be missing others as well...iPod should be located at the top level of settings
right?
Is there a way to hide some items? I'm jbed on latest fw etc

Here's what I have under the top level of "settings" in order:
- Airplane mode
- WiFi
- Carrier
- Fetch new Data
- Bridgtness
- Wallpaper
- Usage
- General
- Springboard
- Five-Column SB
- Weather icon
- drinks :)
Thats it. What do you guys think I can do??

Sorry to revive an old thread but i just had this happen to me and i fixed it. It happened because I installed the Extended Preferences into WinterBoard (which gave me cool things like auto-diming and locking). It was a simple case of unselecting it in winterboard and all my other settings options came flooding back. Also the auto dim and locking settings are still set, and work even after a respring.:)
Hope this helps someone.
