Ok so before I had said that my 12" iBook G4 failed. Well I got a bit farther with this old 1 GHz machine. I replaced the stock hard drive and the RAM with new Apple compatible ones, and installed Mac OS X Tiger. Then when it all was going well I decided to install the updates. That was when it went wrong. I don't have the AHT disk for iBook ( anyone know where I can download .ISO?,) and it won't fully boot. It will get to the blue screen and stop.

Here is what I have tried :
Resetting PRAM and PMU
Swapping out battery
Changing RAM
Changing HDD
Reinstalling OS X

I think it must be a logic board failure. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
