Stanza application keeps on getting deleted during Syncing!

I'm a bit irrirated. The Stanza application gets deleted from my IPOD Touch 2g running 3.0 whenever I sync my ipod to my laptop.

Any reason why this so and what's the fix?

Fixed: it was unchecked in the application list in itunes in the first place!

The stupidest question is probably the best one to first check: it is checked in the Applications tab in iTunes, right?
