Any voice to text apps ?

Hi All,

I'm trying to find an app which is capable of doing voice to text SMS. A google search reveals a product called Promptu Shoutout which was apparanty submitted to apple in March but i can't find it anywhere on the appstore.

Does anyone know of any other app which can do this ?
