Dear all,
My name is Stefano Sordini and I am conducting a survey for my MSc dissertation with subject “The impact of e-commerce website quality on customer’s satisfaction and continuance intention” and I need your contribution in completing an online questionnaire.
Completing the questionnaire requires to visit one website of a supermarket in the United Kingdom (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, or Waitrose - just one).
The online questionnaire can be found here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=7iZEoTNAV2CFNrtyaCArNw_3d_3d
where you can read in the first, introduction, page the instructions of what you have to do prior completing the questionnaire.
