Whenever I edit a .CR2 from Lightroom in CS4, when I select save as, there is never an option for JPEG. I have to choose Save For Web & Devices, then it says the file is to big and I "may" run out of memory, which I never do.

Why is there no JPEG in my Save As dialog?

Your photos probably come into PhotoShop as a 16bpc image which is a colour depth that jpeg doesn't support.
Go Image-->Mode-->8 Bits/Channel then try saving as a jpeg.

Yea, I installed an iTunes theme a few days ago. I forget the exact name, but it didn't require any additional software. I believe it may have been called iLeopard 2.

Edit: Here it is.
