Is anyone else loling at MMS yet?

I mean, there is really no good reason that its taken this long to come out, and at this point, I am finding this really comical.

I don't really care about MMS, but I'm just laughing at AT&T, this is making them look like an even bigger joke than they already were.

I have said from the moment apple announced late summer that AT&T looks sooooo bush league right now. I'm not clawing the walls for mms I would just like a definitive explaination. Being coy about it makes them look even worse.

This may be the 1000th MMS thread, but the OP still makes a valid point.

MMS is useless for those of us with access to mobile email, but the same goes for text messages.

I think the only use this has will be for those of us with relatives that have just discovered they can send pictures from mobile phones. They'll pick up on mobile email by 2015 when we're all using whatever the Japanese tech addicts are just starting to use now. ;)

A bit, yes. One of my dumb-phone-using friends, who patiently has listened to me rave about what a marvelous piece of technology the iPhone is, periodically asks me if I can send MMSs yet. Not to be malicious or taunting about it, but more just out of curiosity. Which almost makes it cut deeper than if he were just being a d*ck. :)
