FROM 1.1.4 to 3.0

How would I go from updating a jailbroken iphone from 1.1.4 to 3.0. I've checked from iclarified and i cant find anything. I'm worried that if I try it it'll go to 3.1 and i dont wanna brick the phone...

1. Download the 3.0 software from iClarified, here: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=750

Make sure you get "3.0.0 (2G): iPhone1,1_3.0_7A341_Restore.ipsw" for the 2G phone

2. Connect to iTunes. Hold down the shift key (Windows) or option key (Mac) when you click the update button in iTunes, and navigate to the file you downloaded. It will update the phone with that file.

3. Jailbreak with RedSn0w like this:
