lots of lag running parallels

Hello I am running windows 7 on via parallels on my mac book pro with 2.26GHz and 2GB of memory and when I am running 7 the same time as leopard i get a lot of lag does anyone know why ???

You would see a tremendous boost if you would upgrade your RAM to 4 GB
I run Windows 7 RC 64 bit on my MBP with 4 GB with Fusion and it works well

You're definitely going to want more RAM so you don't page out while running a virtual machine.

Max out the RAM. RAM is cheap and you'll see huge performance gains.
