A quick Google search for "Hong Kong Lightning" reveals the original Flickr link:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/seto_supraenergy/1161537744/
It was deleted, so ask him for it.

Or use the cached search?
try this: Google Search (http://74.125.93.132/search?hl=en&q=hong+kong+lightning+flickr+seto_supraenergy&btnG=Search)
Hope this helps

your not looking hard enough, google caches everything, trust me on that, and that only links to the normal page, not the cached one, you'd have to backtrace it thru a similar page

I'm pretty sure that if it's cached, then the search result will have a link that says "Cached" right beside "Similar."
Care to enlighten us?
Besides that, I don't think Google caches that many images. And even if it did, that Flickr user doesn't look like he uploads the full res versions of his photos, so you'd have to ask anyways.

if the link itself isnt cached normally it can be found be following a cached page that give the link elsewhere, google does that a lot. They normally cache the images as well, but I know that cached images and pages get dumped at different rates (kb's vs. mb's) but yeah, I would ask the user if its not being found by cached search
