Ipod touch with airport express and airtunes

Hello, I am eagerly awaiting the next ipod touch. I've heard that it works well with the wireless from airport express. Is there any way to get it to work with airtunes? I'd love to be able to play my music on speakers off of the touch. What about jail-broken ones?

I've heard I can use the touch as a remote to play music off my macbook with some programme, this wouldn't be the ideal but how would i do that?

With the Remote app (http://www.apple.com/itunes/remote/). It's terrific if, like me, your iTunes server is a stationary system.
