A Quick Question about Managing my Digital Content

So my powerbooks dead. I feel like listening to an audiobook. I dust off my old PC and load up iTunes - i buy said audiobook from iTMS UK... When my powerbook returns from the shop - will i be able to listen to the book on it as well - especially as i'm using the same account...? I know you can authorise machines for use, but I've only encountered this when sharing my music...!

Advice please?
