I am a new developer and have the application cashopoly on the app store and need some advice on how to get the word out. I don't have much money, so cheap alternatives would be great. Thx in advance for your responce!

There is also a code sharing forum where you can post promotional codes for people to use. Giving away promo codes is a good way to get reviews, which is important for getting sales. (Personally, I almost never buy apps with no reviews.)

Contact me for a free ebook I'm working on. It's also being published in serial form in iPhone Life Magazine. There are plenty of free ways to market your app.

One note re promo codes, which is also in my ebook... Don't just post the codes. Make people 'self qualify' by answering a question that shows they're your target audience. You don't want teenagers using promo codes for a senior citizen's pill reminder app, for example!
