Exporting movies for use with PowerPoint for Windows

Would someone please help me with exporting movies from Quicktime to be used with a Windows version of PowerPoint. I have had no luck with finding a format that PP for Windows recognizes, even though Quicktime for Windows has no problems with any format I create on the Mac.

Very frustrating...
