It's been two weeks and I decided to call AppleCare Techs, only after restoring. During the restore "Voice Dial" app wouldn't load due to an error, so I'm going without it. Anyway, the problems persisted then I went into settings and phone and my "CALL WAITING" and "CALL FORWARDING" were "ON" and once I turned them off, everything was back to normal....:p
Hope this helps; AppleCare was ready to setup an appointment for a replacement....:p
