Why does Mophie Juice Pack Air cause my IPhone to report that there is no SIM card? How can I fix this? TIA!

It doesn't, as it is just a battery charger.

To be more specific, I'm getting the 'no SIM' message right when I fully encase it in the Mophie Juice Box Air...
