It is DVI-I.

Unfortunately, DVI-I only means that it has both analog and digital signals, so you can hook it up to either a VGA monitor or a DVI (DVI-A or DVI-D) monitor. It isn't a special kind of DVI with magic properties.

The big red text from your link applies, "THIS CABLE WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CONNECT YOUR COMPUTER'S DVI PORT TO THE COMPONENT INPUT ON YOUR HDTV".

For an old mini and CRT, you have the option of purchasing a s-video adapter for it. No hi-def though.
