Looking into buying a notebook...

Hi all,

So I've had my first iMac since late 2007. I've loved it ever since. Now, I'm looking into buying a notebook. I'm still not sure which one (MacBook, MBP or MBAir) I'd like to get. I would mainly use it for university... so I won't be using big programs or anything too much. So could I have some thoughts about what you guys think? Thanks! :)

Sounds like all Macbooks would suit your needs. Do you care about screen size? I have a Macbook blackbook, and when I bought it that was my only real concern, 13.3 inches, could I deal with it as my only computer, short answer, yes. It's extremely portable, too.

Well, I'm still thinking about what I would prefer... I wouldn't mind having a 13 inch because of the portability. But I also wouldn't mind having a 17 inch... but this wouldn't be my only computer so I would probably be fine with a 13 inch.
