I am looking at buying a Mediasonic 4 bay Raid FW 400, 800, E-sata, & USB2 HD Enclosure. Any body have experience with it?
The one I am considering is this:
Mediasonic HFR2-S3B 4 Bay Raid Enclosure.
Anybody have one or had one?
 
A guy is selling these for 199.00, with free shipping & I would like to know if they are reliable.
 
I like mine with the sole exception that I can not boot from it as it powers off as my iMac reboots. If I could get it to stay on so I could boot from it I would be a very happy soul.
