You could just migrate from one Mac to another.
Copying the iTunes music folder from one Mac to the other is also fairly easy. You just need to make sure that libraries are both running the same version.
Using software like Mojo is an option, just not for the iTunes Store purchased content.

I would just take my Musics folder put it on an external hard drive, connect it to the new computer and drag it into the new music folder.
