Can I transfer WoW to external drive?

Is it possible to move WoW to an external drive after installing in on the main drive? If so, how? It's a FW 800 OWC drive btw

Yes, just drag the whole folder over.

Wow, very speedy! Once I drag it over, how do I get my comp to re-recognize the folder? Simply click on the WoW application icon?

Re-recognise? Do you mean you have a shortcut/Dock icon for WoW? If so, you'll need to make a new alias/drag the new copy into the Dock.

If you drag your application into the Dock, the MacOS creates an alias there, and the original application remains unaltered. Or you can drag all most anything to the desktop or anywhere else for that matter by holding the mouse key down (don't release it), then press the Option/Apple keys, and you should see a curved alias arrow appear on the item, when you release your mouse button, an alias of the item will be left there.
