UMB static,crackling coming from right side

As the title says, i'm getting this annoying static/crackling noise on the right side, I can't tell if it's the SD or speakers, it's not loud. It happens when i use ichat, scroll, or just leave it idle. it's a 2/4ghz model with Snow Leopard.
