Aug 29, 2009, 11:57 PM
^^ that did go through my mind.

it could also be apps that work better on snow leopard. or something that will take better advantage on the hidden power of SL.

Nope, not gonna happen.
Apple likes its big events for things like this, so I'm with everyone else and say maintenance.

the iSleep-the brand new beautiful sleek bed. It has built in macbook with wifi, bluetooth and blu-ray. Watch movies in bed, surf the internet after hours. And of course it has an alarm clock that uses a mac start-up chime to wake you up.

How do you know the site is down for maintenance? The site's message says that it's being updated, just like when Apple is releasing something new.

Thanks. Never checked at this hour before. (I'm in ET timezone.) Can't sleep; too excited after setting up my home network to use my brand new 1TB TC as well as upgrading to SL on my two Mac computers.

Do you think they are updating the Macs? Or are they just refreshing everything and instead of saying Leopard it now says Snow Leopard?

Die? You mean dead.

and second, nothing is going to released on a saturday night/sunday morning.
could just be an update of all the snow leopard references ...

that could tie in to maintenance

It could also be a huge over all of Snow Leopard being purchased and the need to add a new server (though I dobut that many are buying the thing)

I think they just updated all the computer pictures to include a Snow Leopard wallpaper and maybe that little "Includes Snow Leopard" badge. Or was that there before?

They've had that blue 'includes Snow Leopard' tag for at least a couple days now, I remember someone posted a screenshot of it on Friday.
