The FAULT
No Service is displayed constantly when a sim is inserted.
I have tried to use vodaphone, Orange sim cards and still no joy.

Any Ideas?

I had a similar problem with ' no sim card inserted' even tho it was. there was fluff in thephone that prevented the sim card contacts touching

No it's locked to 02
