Will bootcamp 3.0 be available separately from Apple?

Will Apple supply bootcamp 3.0? Or do you HAVE to buy the upgrade disk?

I highly doubt it. The enhancements made in Boot Camp 3 (such as the HFS+ drivers so that Windows can read data from your OS X partition) are a selling point for the upgrade so I can't see Apple giving the away for free.
