Anonymouslives macrumors 6502 Sep 1, 2009 #3 I received my macbook pro refurb today and it came with a snow leopard disk so I could install it myself. I'd assume it will be that way for everyone.

I forgot to mention, I ordered it from John Lewis and not Apple - but I guess Apple provides Snow Leopard for all of their resellers too?
