Colors are not in sync between photoshop and computer

I making a website right now for someone, and I used Photoshop Elements to make all the Graphics. All the colors looked fine and all blended together on that computer, but on my Mac, the graphics are a different color than the rest of the page.

Why is this? And can I easily fix it?

Windows to Mac? Mac OS, BEFORE Snow Leopard, used a different Gamma than windows. But, as long as the images have the proper color profile embeded, it should be fine. Try converting the image to sRGB if it isn't already.
