Was wondering if anyones has seen this case in there local Apple store....

I have been looking for a "feather" type case with a slim lay on the table design. Anyone with this case yet?

If they don't sell it in the Apple Store online (and they don't) then chances are they definitely don't carry it in the stores. If you don't live nearby a store, I'd just check the site online every so often and if it shows up there then give your closest store a call and find out.
