iPhone App Usage Rights?

I recently upgraded from the 1st generation iphone to the new 3GS. they let me keep the first generation with a turned off SIM card. so i gave it to my sister. I want her to keep all the apps and music, however she doesn't want my calendars and notes. I was wondering how many devices apps are allowed to be on with one itunes account. so she can sync her own info and possibly keep those apps.

i figured it out. now how do i go about deleting this pointless thread now?
