Going Crazy Trying To View Macini On 423"lcd Flat Tv

Tried to connect MAC MINI via its DVI to TV's HDMI 1 input via DVI-HDMI adapter to HDMI-HDMI cable to input of Phillips 42: TV. Blank screen. Then bought a straight, simple DMI - HDMI cable. Same thing. Upgraded OS to 10.5 (I was running 10.3). Same thing, no diff, ZERo image. I put refresh rate at 60 hz like Phillips requires in their manual.

PLEASE HELP if you know what could be wrong with what should be a 1-2-3 set up.

Maybe do a google search on DVI connector to research it. There's like four different kinds of DVI. Other than that I wouldn't know what your problem could be sorry.
