How to make and install ipa file for ipod touch 2g with firmware 3.0

I am having a jail broken ipod touch 2g using redsnow. Now i want to install a self made ipa file but i dont know how to make one ipa file and install it in the ipod touch. Can someone help me in getting rid of this problem.
 
I don't know how to make it, but you can SSH and create an auto install folder in Media/Library/Cydia/AutoInstall and then drag the folder there, and it can be installed automatically by Cydia.
