Do you have a developer version or a pirate copy?
Pirate copies don't come with support :)
Could be the build you have...

no one who has a legitimate developer preview is gonna help you out pirating software they help to write/ improve. I can only imagine why your other user account was banned ...

people are not ALLOWED TO SELL IT they are developers not a business ... if anyone sells it to you tey are violating their NDA and ris ktheir membership and can probably get sued by apple....

the only way to get it legitimately is to be a legit developer ... and that costs a pretty penny.
