Operating System Level Virtualization

Hey everyone,

I do some IT work for my school and they put me in charge of an xserve G5. I want to run some VMs at the operating system level but I can't seem to find a solution that works on Mac OS. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have thought about installing rEFit and using a Linux/KVM system. I have another Dell server and the Linux/KVM works great.
