Microsoft has discontinued the Zune Classic and the Zune Flash, these Zune were directly set to compete with the iPod Classic and the iPod Nano.

The will be instead focusing on the Zune HD which is directly competing with the iPod Touch.

Interesting stategy, I think this just shows that Microsoft has conceded it can't compete with the Classic and the Nano and will instead focus completely on trying to beat the Touch. I personally dont think it will work, but we will see.

Thoughts?
