iPod How can I sync all this up

Ok, I have one IPT, one iPhone 3g, a macbook pro, and a pc. I have purchased music from iTunes on each system, but am unable or just uncertain, of how to get all the purchases under one iTunes library. Any help, where to start, what I will and will not be able to do would be appreciated.
