View Full Version : Photoshop CS Crashing on iBook G4 - HELP??

hello there!

I'm having an issue with Photoshop CS... i've been using it without issue for over 3 years now. But tonight, all of a sudden it keeps crashing.

Any ideas why? Illustrator and Indesign are all opening fine.

It's coincided with MS Office not working either... plus various other minor glitches with the laptop itself.

I've attached a screenshot with the error message. Any advice/ideas would be REALLY appreciated.

im gonna go out ona limb here and say u need to repair permissions.

This is not Photoshop CS, more likely Photoshop CS2 (look at the icon). Or did you manually changed the applications icons? The same goes for the Illustrator/InDesign icons in you dock.

One suggestion is, you clear/trash the Photoshop preferences file:
Users/ [your name]/ Library/ Preferences/ Adobe Photoshop CS2 Settings
